What could be improved:

Adapt postfix to individual requirements

unoconv in the Listener - not as root mode

Adjusting the encoded file name for name und filename
- Do not exceed RFC-compliant file name lengths - split
- Not every client can properly represent umlauts in the generated file names
  (tested successfully: Thunderbird (Win + Linux), Evolution, Roundcube)
- More coding to incorporate ISO-8859-15 und UTF-8
